What is a habit?

A habit is something that is routine to you and that you repeat, often without knowing it. Some habits are good, some are bad.

Good habits include:

·         healthy diet and exercise

·         healthy sleep habits

·         healthy relationships

·         work-life balance

·         stress management

·         Keep your hands clean.

·         Clean your teeth three times a day

·         Do lots of sport.

·         Have breakfast:

·         Plan your meals

·         Drink plenty of water

·         Take an exercise break

·         Go offline

·         Learn something new

·         Don´t smoke

·         Sleep well

·         Train your muscles

·         Head outdoors

·         Keep your balance
